This is a simplified explanation of our official refund terms (see Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions). If there’s ever any confusion, the legal version in our Terms will apply.

Digital Products (Meditations, Courses, Audio Downloads)

All digital product purchases are non-refundable. This includes downloadable meditations, affirmation bundles, audio files, and self-paced online courses.

 

When you purchase a digital product, you receive immediate access. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Swedish and EU consumer law.

This is a standard legal protection for creators of digital content, as once accessed or downloaded, the product cannot be returned.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Live Sessions, Coaching, or Healing Appointments

Missed or cancelled 1:1 sessions are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.​ 

 

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Packages, Memberships, and Multi-Session Offers

Unless otherwise stated, all packages, courses, and membership payments are non-refundable. You are welcome to cancel future renewals at any time, but we do not issue partial refunds for remaining time or unused sessions.
