1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any product or service provided by Ashua Space AB, including digital downloads, online courses, memberships, coaching, and healing sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

3. Services Offered
We provide:
Digital downloads (such as MP3 meditations, affirmations, and healing tracks)
Online courses and memberships
Online coaching and healing sessions
Content and teachings on energy, metaphysics, self-healing, emotional well-being, manifestation, and personal transformation.
Our products and services are intended for private individuals (B2C) only and may not be purchased for resale, redistribution, or business use without our prior written consent.
4. Payment and Access Terms for Online Courses
Our online courses are sold as digital products with a one-time upfront payment processed through Stripe.
You are charged only once at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, course access is provided immediately after purchase and continues for the duration stated on the product page.
Access may be time-limited and is not guaranteed to be “lifetime” unless explicitly stated.
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) unless otherwise stated. For international purchases, currency conversion rates and potential fees are determined by your payment provider or bank. Ashua Space AB is not responsible for any additional charges related to currency exchange.
5. Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions)
Memberships are subscription-based services billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your choice at sign-up).
Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on each renewal date.
Your membership renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@ashua.space.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period. After that, your membership will not renew and your access will stop.
No partial refunds or credits are given for unused days within a billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Refund and Withdrawal Policy (Digital Products and Services)
According to Swedish and EU law, digital content delivered immediately and where the customer has agreed to waive the right of withdrawal is non-refundable.
By purchasing digital products (such as meditations, courses, or memberships), you acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right.
Missed appointments for coaching or live sessions will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

7. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our site or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Use of Digital Content
When you purchase a digital product or service from Ashua Space AB, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share the product in any form without written permission.
10. Platform Changes and Content Relocation
We reserve the right to host, deliver, and provide access to our products, services, and content on any platform or service provider of our choice. This may include, but is not limited to, transferring content between our website, third-party membership platforms, course hosting services, or online stores.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain your access during such changes, but exact features, design, or delivery methods may vary.
11. Content Updates, Alterations, and Modifications
Ashua Space AB may, at any time and without prior notice, update, modify, replace, or remove parts of course, membership, or program content. This includes, but is not limited to, videos, audio files, written materials, meditations, and supplementary resources.
Updates are intended to improve quality, relevance, or delivery.
Specific modules, features, or resources may be altered or removed at our discretion.
Your purchase grants you access to the program or membership as it exists at the time of your access; it does not guarantee perpetual access to specific individual items within that content.
12. Access Duration
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, Ashua Space AB does not guarantee lifetime or indefinite access to any product or service. Access may be limited by the duration of your membership, the hosting platform’s availability, or the terms of your purchase.
13. Third-Party Platform & Security Disclaimer
Some of our products and services are delivered via third-party platforms. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted access, we are not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, hacking, unauthorized access, or changes in functionality caused by these platforms or other third parties. Use of any third-party platform is at your own risk.
14. Account Sharing Prohibited
Your account and access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to others. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if unauthorized sharing is detected.
15. User Submissions & Testimonials
Any comments, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, or other submissions you voluntarily provide to Ashua Space AB may be used by us for marketing, content creation, or other business purposes without compensation to you. We are under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of such submissions.
16. Price Changes & Promotions
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We do not offer refunds or price adjustments for previous purchases in the event of a price change, discount, or promotional offer.
17. Intellectual Property Infringement Complaints
If you believe that any content provided by Ashua Space AB infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to contact@ashua.space including:
